Distributors and vendors are creating products and services so fast in response to a market that is moving at warp speed, that when they do jump into the fray, even they don’t know exactly what they are doing. R&D is basically nonexistent, and Channel issues and questions are being answered on they fly, as they arise.

For all of our MSPSN members using Level Platforms, we have uploaded two new monitoring templates to the Downloads section:
MSPSN Windows Workstation Template for monitoring Windows XP and 2000 clients.
MSPSN Trend C/S/M Template for monitoring Trend's Client/Server/Messaging for SMB.
Also, the MSPSN LPI Monitoring Overview PDF document has been removed from the individual zipped downloads and added as a separate download - primarily to make it easeir to manage revisions to that document.
