I have used the ShadowProtect series of products for a year now. ShadowProtect IT is used as a bench tool (particularly for underlying hardware changes) and as a Service offering (On-Demand backups for workstations that have minimally changing data). I have recovered its price many times over and will renew again. I have used the Desktop and Server products in combination with hardware to provide Subscription Backup/Recovery Services with great success. The pricing model now offered through MSPSN is truly a step in the right direction (versus StorageCraft's initial MSP model). This is software that deserves a serious look for those interested in Rapid Disaster Recovery!

What about those who already have a current IT Edition subscription as a StorageCraft Reseller? I will be officially joining (and by that I mean paying the monthly fees) MSPSN this week and would like to know when it comes to my IT edition renewal, will I get to renew at $995 or will I still have to renew at the StorageCraft Reseller renewal price?
